In this role you will supports business units both locally and abroad and in addition to transaction support, promotes (product) innovation, implementation of relevant laws and regulations, international co-operation and harmonization of processes and products.
drafting, reviewing and negotiation of complex (international) finance contracts and security documentation;
advising internal clients over financing structures and legal issues and questions relating thereto;
Profiel kandidaat
a university degree in Dutch law or equivalent foreign degree;
a minimum of 6 years’ experience as in-house counsel or lawyer in a law firm;
proven knowledge of and affinity with financial services, in particular in the field of corporate and structured finance; experience with LMA documentation is a must;
excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), Dutch language skills preferred;
experience with or a profound interest in applying technology to the delivery of legal services; and
ability to focus on the key risks of a transaction.
