The HRP (level 70) is a trusted HR advisor who partners closely with mostly B-2 and B-3 people managers to drive the implementation of the people strategy at a regional or country level
Working in close collaboration with regional HRPs, Lead HRPs and global HRBPs, the HRP plays a key role in enabling business success through practical, people-focused solutions
The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, providing tier 2 HR support to more senior employees
