Oversees the entire E2E lifecycle management process to align with business strategies, market demands, and future portfolio changes.
Reviews and finalizes value propositions and approves business cases to effectively communicate the benefits and justify investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and supporting decision-making processes.
Defines and manages the product roadmap and development lifecycle from concept to launch using Product Development Lifecycle

Profiel kandidaat


A completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields with an excellent academic track record (an MBA is an extra asset).
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a (preferably matrixed) international business environment in the field of consumer marketing or product management (experience with personal care products is a plus).
Experience with product development and product launches from start to finish.
Experience with translating market research and shopper insights into product concepts and new propositions.
Proven track record with global consumer/retail brands with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.
Highly entrepreneurial; both analytical and hands-on in driving business growth (result-oriented).
Ability to think creatively whilst being firm enough to make, and act upon, clear decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with people of different seniority and backgrounds, informing, influencing, convincing, presenting, and managing projects.
Business fluency in English (written & verbal) and one other language as an advantage.

Employment Terms and Conditions - Yacht Consultancy


A salary between € 6.500,- and € 7.100,- per month based on a 40-hour workweek
A contract for fixed-term contract
A monthly individual choice budget (IKB) of 10.66% of your salary that you can use flexibly
