You are part of the team that is responsible for performing RCA's on thematic and engagement specific issues. You will be responsible for performing root cause analysis together with other (experienced) team members and work closely with other stakeholders. With a small team, you perform the analysis in accordance with KPMG's Global RCA methodology to uncover the underlying root cause(s) of audit quality
