Automation and Verification Engineer I Focus

A Bachelor's or Master's degree (MSc) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
3–5 years of relevant professional engineering experience in a highly regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, or BMS/EMS platforms.
Expertise in creating, reviewing, and optimizing test designs, reusable test protocols, and test procedures.
Strong understanding of control philosophies, P&IDs, and instrumentation.
Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, with a strong focus on Design and Product Verification.
Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.
Strong analytical and structured thinking with a hands-on mentality.
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site commissioning and support.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), Dutch is a Plus.
VCA and NEN 3140 certifications (mandatory).
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
