You hold a completed HBO or WO degree
You bring at least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience as a business analyst
You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
You're familiar with frameworks and methodologies like BPMN, Agile/SCRUM, and LEAN
Ideally, you also hold relevant certifications such as BiSL, Agile/Scrum, Archimate, BCS Practitioner, or TOGAF or you’re open to earning them through our support

We offer a competitive monthly salary of up to €5,800, based on your education and experience.
To support your remote work needs, you'll receive a €750 budget to create a comfortable and efficient home office setup.
In addition, you’ll receive 8.33% holiday pay calculated on your gross annual income and earn five weeks of vacation each full year.
Depending on your assignment, you may also qualify for a thirteenth-month salary or performance-based bonus.
