Content Migration Project Manager
The Content Migration Project Lead is responsible for managing the smooth, timely, and accurate migration of content to the new Philips.com platform as part of the ongoing re-platforming program. Acting as the operational bridge between the Program Manager, Deployment Manager, Philips Digital Services team, regional stakeholders, and other workstreams, this role ensures that all content-related activities are executed effectively and in alignment

Key Responsibilities
Execution & Delivery
• Own and manage the migration plan, applying and delivering on the agreed migration strategy consistently across all regions, ensuring milestones are met while adjusting execution details as needed
• Run daily stand-ups and scrum-of-scrum meetings with sub-workstream leads and core team members to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early, define mitigation actions, and assign clear ownership and timelines.
• Escalate critical blockers and manage cross-team dependencies through the Program Board when required.
• Ensure a controlled migration scope-preventing scope creep by aligning on agreed requirements and change requests.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work with the Program Manager and Deployment Manager to ensure migration execution is fully integrated into the wider replatforming planning.
• Coordinate closely with the Philips Digital Services team.
• Partner with regional content owners to ensure readiness, resolve market-specific issues, and support content clean-up or preparation activities.
• Provide clear, timely communication and reporting to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies.
Governance & Quality Assurance
• Define and enforce quality checkpoints throughout the migration lifecycle, including SEO, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Track and document gaps or deviations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented in a structured way.
• Deliver regular dashboards and reports on progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to the Program Board.
Change & Knowledge Transfer
• Provide guidance, FAQs, and other materials to support regional teams through the migration.
• Capture lessons learned and feed them into continuous improvement for current and future migration waves/batches.
Scope Management & Alignment
• Safeguard scope agreements and act as the point of contact for all migration scope clarifications, escalations, and change requests.
Skills & Competencies
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-region content migration projects, preferably within global organizations.
• Strong project management skills across planning, risk management, governance, and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Content stack.
• Understanding of digital content standards (SEO, accessibility/WCAG, compliance and translations).
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across teams and regions.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong execution focus.
• Able to balance short-term delivery with a clear long-term roadmap, switching seamlessly between tactical execution and a helicopter-view of upcoming work to set priorities, sequence activities, and adjust plans as needed.
• Hands-on, proactive problem solver who leads from the front: brings the right people together to resolve issues quickly, removes blockers, and ensures changes are implemented.
• Uncompromising on quality: treats re-platforming as a one-time chance to raise standards; sets clear criteria, enforces rigorous QA, and stands for quality.
Experience & Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in content operations, digital project management, or content migration programs.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale digital initiatives across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch a plus).
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or regulated industries is preferred but not required
