Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5–10 years of experience as an IT support engineer.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
Experience with maintaining system configurations, deployment tools, and datacenter operations.
Ability to support DevOps engineers with strong system knowledge and issue resolution.
Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS.
