Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Digital & Technology Project Lead (Contractor) to join our R&D Process Development team in Leiden. This role is central to our digital transformation journey, focusing on lab data connectivity and digital data capture solutions .
You will lead and execute two predefined, high-impact projects:
Connecting lab systems to a data historian through cross-functional collaboration.
Implementing a digital platform for capturing

Profiel kandidaat


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital technology, systems connectivity, or data management.
Strong understanding of lab automation, data visualization, and analytics platforms.
Experience in pharma or GxP/GLP environments is a plus.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and data integrity (can be developed on the job).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Duration: 1-year contractor role with potential for extension.
Working model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
One-year contract with the intention to offer a permanent contract afterward.
