Are you passionate about embedded software and excited by the opportunity to make a global impact? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to become a key member of our IPL Software Team . In this role, you will contribute directly to the evolution of our IPL product portfolio—crucial for ensuring business continuity, increasing flexibility, and reducing time-to-market in line with regulatory standards (e.g., Dekra, FDA) . Your Role and Responsibilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or related field.
Multiple years of experience developing embedded software in C/C++ , ideally for high-volume consumer products .
Strong knowledge of embedded systems and real-time development.
Familiarity with modern development practices and tools (Agile/SAFe, Git/GitHub).
Experience working within regulated environments is a strong plus.
Proactive mindset with a focus on quality and innovation .
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technically assertive and comfortable presenting and defending your ideas.

Primary employment conditions
A good salary as per industry standards (classification depending on education and work experience);
13th month salary (is paid out periodically pro rata)
8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.
