About the role
YACHT Engineering has a vacancy for an Engineering Manager | Electronics at our client - Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V. in Venray (the Netherlands).
As the Engineering Manager | Electronics , you'll drive our regional R&D objectives and global initiatives. You'll ensure the smooth execution of all new customer and advanced electronics projects by providing clear direction and guidance to your team.

You'll also be responsible for:

Job requirements

Master's in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
10+ years driving innovation in automotive electronics
5+ years successfully managing complex projects
Prior experience leading a department
Solid understanding of ASPICE & Functional Safety (FuSa)
Adept in both hardware and software design
Fluent in C/Assembly language
Matlab knowledge is a bonus
Demonstrated success in cross-regional and cross-team collaboration
