Profiel kandidaat
A completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field (e.g., biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, biochemistry, biological engineering)
Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical equipment and understanding of equipment lifecycle management
Familiarity with automation systems such as MES and DeltaV
Comfortable working in a GMP-regulated environment with a strong attention to detail
A strong mix of practical insight and theoretical knowledge
A proactive, responsible, and solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead within your area of expertise
Bonus: Experience with Lean methodologies and project management
