Johnson & Johnson IM is looking for an ELM & Automation Specialist to join the Lab Operation team within the Analytical Development (AD) department of TDS . This role is critical in supporting the fast-paced growth of our equipment base and the increasing demand for advanced lab automation systems.
As an ELM & Automation
Profiel kandidaat
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
Affinity with automation, lab software , and data acquisition tools.
Experience with database systems and visual reporting is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of GMP quality systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
Excellent written and spoken English ; Dutch is a plus.
Effective planning and prioritization skills.
Proactive mindset with analytical thinking and technical problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when challenges arise.
