Your Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in automotive, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
Experience with or knowledge of the European automotive homologation process.
Experience in cooperation with governmental agencies or type approval authorities.
Proactive and organized personality.
Strong communicative and persuasive skills.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

The Standards & Homologation (S&H) department is responsible for obtaining all component, system, and vehicle type approvals required to register trucks worldwide. The team also ensures DAF is always up-to-date with regard to future regulations. S&H plays a crucial role in the certification process of the MX11 and MX13 engines used in Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks. Finally, S&H ensures DAF utilizes the latest internationally agreed industrial standards (ISO, IEC, SAE, DIN, etc.) to guarantee qualitative and cost-efficient development and operation.
