The Products department at Thales Netherlands Naval is responsible for the system integration and testing of radar equipment (such as antennas, transmitters, and receivers), as well as testing the complete system throughout its entire lifecycle. The Products department is also responsible for the installation and commissioning of onboard systems, performing system performance tests, and providing services such as health checks, technical assistance, and repairs for our customers.

HBO working and thinking level within a technical work environment.
Relevant (work) experience with system/test engineering and project management in a high-tech work environment.
Analytical, stress-resistant and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership skills.
Experience in managing a team and/or getting a group of people on board.
A sense of group dynamics and empathy with others.
Be able to apply appropriate interventions to situations that require it.
Good knowledge of English (oral and written), other language skills are an advantage.
