Profiel kandidaat
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably within a supply chain environment .
Proven experience with technology integrations and program delivery.
A strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA or Confluence .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GxP and FDA standards .
The ability to translate complex business needs into clear, technical requirements.
Experience in a regulated environment and with IT project management .
Knowledge of digital transformation projects and cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with systems like MES, ERP, LIMS, or SAP .
An understanding of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC, CSV).
