10+ years of experience in lab automation, specifically with Tecan and Beckman systems
Strong foundation in GxP/GCLP compliance and regulatory documentation
Hands-on expertise in system setup, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive and solution-driven mindset with a collaborative spirit
Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field (BSc or higher)
Certifications in GLP and GCLP are highly desirable
