Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Precision Engineering, Microengineering, or Nanoengineering. Experience
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a complex technical environment, including leading a design team.
Expert-level knowledge of mechanical engineering principles is essential.
Strong skills in clear, technical communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in 3D CAD modeling, preferably with Siemens NX (UG/NX).
Familiarity with precision engineering, ergonomics, dynamics, mechatronics, high-precision alignment, positioning, and fixation solutions is an advantage.
