Maintenance engineer

As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will support the OTD of the Shaving head finishing department by improving maintenance plans and machine performance. You'll be implementing improvements independently, coordinating various adjustments and major maintenance jobs. A typical day might involve:
Analyzing data and performing Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to identify and address performance issues and cost drivers
Planning and coordinating projects related to equipment, maintenance, and processes
Training maintenance personnel in new methods and applications
