As a production worker in Arkel, you’ll get the chance to learn the trade from A to Z. You’ll receive thorough training from your colleagues in a friendly team of 8 to 14 people. Together, you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You’ll work in a 2- or 3-shift system, which means you can work mornings, afternoons, or nights. What’s unique about this role is that every week you can submit your availability—so you decide when you want to work!
