In this impactful role, you won't just react to issues; you'll actively follow up on non-conforming products and define strategic actions to elevate supplier performance . What's more, you'll be challenged to innovate by defining new KPIs that truly measure and drive the quality
Profiel kandidaat
Your profile
Background in a relevant field of study (e.g. Industrial-, Mechanical- or Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management)
Experience in managing suppliers on their quality performances
Experience with International Management System Standards (E.g. ISO 9001/NEN-EN1090).
Preferable experience with lean six sigma principles, methods and tools (control plan, FMEA, A3, MSA, Capability studies, etc.).

You report to the Manager Manufacturing Operations and work closely with 7 other Supervisors and an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to keep the factory running optimally.

We offer a challenging position in which you can work in a dynamic environment, guaranteeing diversity in your work and creating plenty of opportunities for personal development. It concerns a secondment agreement at Vanderlande via Yacht for one year, with possibility of extension; for 40 hours per week (working on site).
We offer a competitive package of employment conditions according to the seniority of the position (salary between €4300 - €5900 - gross per period of 4 weeks, based on 40 h per week).
