Job requirements
• A Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or Master’s degree, providing a strong base for understanding complex technical and regulatory environments.
• A completed HVK or NEBOSH degree , demonstrating your in-depth knowledge and commitment to safety practices.
• General knowledge of occupational hygiene principles, with a willingness and readiness to pursue a degree in this specialized area, expanding your impact on employee health.
• A solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations, particularly the nuances of the Working Conditions Act (Arbeidsomstandighedenwet) , to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Insight into organizational HSE policies and how they are developed and implemented to create a safe working culture.
• The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, in both Dutch and English , to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, from the workshop floor to senior leadership and external bodies.
• A good understanding of business processes, the associated employee risks, and the strategies to effectively mitigate them, proactively protecting our workforce.
• Familiarity with relevant procedures, company rules, and personnel safety regulations that are key to successfully navigating and influencing safety within the organization.
