Profiel kandidaat
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management , civil engineering , or a related field
7+ years of experience in construction management
Familiar with international safety and management standards (ISO14001). A secondary safety expert certification ( MVK or equivalent ) is a strong plus.
Proficient in English , Dutch is a plus . Technical Safety Expertise
Oversee and improve site safety systems , processes , and practices (e.g., permit to work, LOTOTO, FARIP, working at heights , hoisting ).
Lead the implementation of safety standards in alignment with J&J and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits ( ISO 14001:2015, J&J EH&S , etc.).
Coach team members to raise safety awareness and performance .
Lead or participate in incident investigations and deliver engaging safety training sessions .
