What do you need?
Previous experience as a site manager, preferably in offshore wind.
Technical background, preferably in renewable energy or similar
Valid driving licence (B category).
EU passport (hard requirement)
Proven resilience to stress (with clear examples from your career).
Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Ownership mentality towards Environment, Quality, Safety, and Operational excellence; safety first!
Know about health and safety laws and procedures, known as HSE.
Proficiency in IT tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Geboden wordt
Salary: €4800 – €5500 p.m. based on full-time (excl. add-ons, holidays etc.).
Hours: rotational schedule of 14 days on (1 day off in between) and 14 days off.
Location: IJmuiden
Incidental support within the EU can be requested
Start date: flexible, but the sooner, the better
Contract: 1 year via Yacht, after that extension or a perm contract with the company is possible
