In the role of student counsellor, you are part of the Care Team of our school. You will support the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our diverse student body by identifying the students’ needs through intake, follow-up, and evaluation meetings. The counsellor will work closely with students, parents, and staff to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere. Profiel kandidaat
We are looking for a candidate who:
Has completed a university bachelor/ master's degree in (Educational/ Children- and Youth) Psychology, or a related field;
Has theoretical and practical expertise in case management;
Has experience / affinity working in an international environment;
Possesses knowledge and understanding of the educational and school environment;
Is familiar with educational programs, profiles, and systems within the school;
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication and consultation skills with students and parents;
Is fluent in English as well as Dutch;
Is skilled in supporting, coaching, guiding, and advising colleagues;
Has a process-oriented and solution orientated approach to case management;
Is able to think outside the box.
