Yacht is hiring a team lead for a small team in Lemmer.
For this position, it's crucial you're at the office every day. You will be the go-to person for difficult questions, technical issues, and leads the team in the right direction. The primary responsibility of the role is for guiding / coaching and supporting the local team. You'll report to the Local Site Managers and Operational Project Manager in the team.

What you need to make a difference:
At least 4-6 years of experience as a Trouble Shooter in the field.
An electro-technical background.
Strong people management skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines and budgets.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate analysis and results.
Strong networking and team-playing abilities.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Dutch; knowledge of German is advantageous.
Availability to travel to Lemmer and Breezanddijk facilities as needed for work.

Salary: €3750 – €4250 p.m. based on full time.
Hours: 40 hour p.w.
Location: Lemmer (FR), fully on site
Start date: flexible, but preferably soon
Contract: 1 year via Yacht, after that extension or a perm contract with the company is possible
