You will manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of ~30 electrical and mechanical architects and engineers responsible for engineering and validating the CMS hardware (cabinets, control panels, etc.). Key Responsibilities:
People & Culture: Manage, mentor, and develop the team's talent, driving a delivery-focused culture and overseeing the annual HR cycle (evaluations, development, and career planning).
Strategy & Process: Define and execute the technical

What you need to bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering .
Proven people manager with several years of engineering management experience.
Strong focus on developing others, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills .
An entrepreneurial, flexible, and "can-do" approach.
Experience with cabinet or control panel design is a strong plus.
