We are looking for a person who
Has proven management experience in a high-tech business.
Excels in self-reflection, has the ability to build an effective team and to develop people.
Can balance active listening with the capability to convince people towards a common goal.
Has the drive to help Thales succeed.
Is analytically and verbally able to communicate with and balance interests of various stakeholders in the organization.
Has a BSc or MSc degree.
Communicates efficiently in English, both verbally and written.
