As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the operational performance of multiple warehouse departments. You lead a team of Supervisors, ensure operational excellence, and continuously improve processes through data-driven decision-making. You report directly to the Site Director. Your responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and developing multiple Supervisors and their operational teams;
Monitoring and steering daily KPIs
