Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience in sustaining engineering and new product introductions, OR
Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience.
Demonstrable experience combining operational and project management skills within a technical environment.
Experienced in managing diverse stakeholders and complex dependencies.
Proven understanding of how configuration changes impact suppliers, factories, and customers.
Ability to use problem-solving methodologies to define and embed process and business improvements.
