Job description
For the Customer Support team at DAF in Eindhoven, we are immediately looking for a Customer Service Specialist .


What will you do? As a Customer Service Specialist, you are a crucial link in the support process. Your main responsibility is to proactively follow up with dealers by phone regarding open 'incident cases'. You will ensure correct follow-up and clear communication.

Job requirements
A candidate must meet these requirements to be eligible:


You have at least an MBO+ (intermediate vocational education) or HBO (higher vocational education) level of work and thinking.
Previous work experience in a similar role and within the automotive industry.
Languages (Required): You have a good command of the English and Dutch languages.
Languages (Additional/Required): You also speak at least one of the following languages at a professional level: German, French, Spanish, or Italian.

What we offer:
A challenging assignment at a leading international organization (DAF).
A contract for the duration of the project (until the end of 2026), with the possibility of extension and the prospect of a permanent position.
A salary of max 4000 EUR gross per month, based on a 40-hour work week, depending on your expertise and experience.
A hybrid working model: On Mondays, you work together with the team on-site in Eindhoven. The other days (Tuesday through Friday), you work from home.
