Successfully contribute to maturing ASML in the area of data management. You understand ASML’s direction and you pro-actively help the business to move towards the availability of trustworthy information, crucial for the priorities realization. You manage and drive compliance with relevant legal regulatory requirements and drive improvements across all data quality dimensions.

Who are you?
You typically have a T-shaped competence profile in which you like to combine your business senses, supported by a good understanding of the underlying technology. You should be able to understand the vision and requirements from business, design and implement the processes and organizational roles, and set requirements for the supporting data and technology. You are far from shy in finding your way in the organization as well as the technology environment. You are able to structure your ideas and findings, and present tangible strategic and improvement proposals.

Being able to see the bigger picture
Independent with strong sense of accountability
Flexible and pragmatic through a ‘Getting things done’ mentality
Excellent stakeholder management skills, collaborative attitude and build relationships at different levels
Effective communication skills and proficiency in the English language
Deep skills (T-shaped vertical axis)
Relevant prior experience with data governance practices, ideally at scale
Familiarity with data architectures and technologies; hands-on experience is a strong pre
Background and Education
It is key to have the following experiences:
5+ years relevant experience, preferably in (strategy) consulting
Experience within relevant domains such as Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality Management.
Academic (or experienced Bachelor) degree
