To thrive in this challenging role, you bring a robust foundation and demonstrated experience:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanics, Automotive, Electronics, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software testing.
Testing Acumen: Proven knowledge of various test techniques; a test certificate such as ISTQB is a valuable asset.
Domain Expertise: Strong technical proficiency within the powertrain domain.
Automation Skills: Practical experience in test automation.
Agile Proficiency: Familiarity and experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Requirement Management: Demonstrated experience with requirement management processes.
Test Management Systems: Proficient in HP ALM or analogous test management systems.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
Software Design Knowledge: Understanding of embedded software design processes, particularly the V-cycle.
Modeling Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink and model-based design techniques is a plus.
