Tasks and responsibilities
As a Human Resources Manager at the Venray Distribution Center, you will align people strategy with business goals and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to implement effective HR solutions, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Your role includes supporting employee relations, workforce planning, organizational changes, and liaising with labor
Candidate profile
· University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· HR certification preferred.
· Minimum 5 years in a generalist HR role, with strong exposure to employee relations, labor law, and organizational development.
· Proven ability to navigate complex HR situations and partner with senior leadership.
