What You'll Bring
10 + Years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering , preferably in aerospace.
Proven expertise in managing New Product/Process Introduction (Industrialization).
Working knowledge of LEAN practices and industrial standards ( APQP, Control Plans )
Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
Ability to influence people and build effective working relationships globally.
Fluency in English .
Advantage: Knowledge of machining (milling, honing) and/or surface treatment (heat treatment, plating).
