This role requires candidates to hold a valid Dutch nationality due to the security classification of the project.
Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity to take a high-impact leadership role within the F126 Frigates Project . You'll be central to ensuring the on-time, on-budget delivery of complex naval defense subsystems across an international, multi-entity environment.
As the Internal Project Manager F126, you will report directly to the F126 Project Director,
Candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
IPMA certification level B minimum (or equivalent).
Proven experience in complex international project management and multi-entity relationship management.
High accountability, exceptional team-building and leadership skills, problem-solving mindset, impactful presentation abilities, and an internal (Thales) networking capability.
A drive to ‘Think Big, Make it Happen, Together.’
Mastery of the English language. Knowledge of German is a plus, and French is a bonus.
