Candidate profile
Education
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration or Information technology with additional courses. Experience
5+ years’ experience with initiating and leading change programs;
Setting up new natural teams and processes in a matrix organization;
Project portfolio, or program management;
Demonstrated experience coaching SAFe way of working in an agile environment;
Experience in high tech industry is a pré.
