Tasks and responsibilities
As a Learning and Development Business Partner, you will lead the development and implementation of training strategies at the Herbalife Venray warehouse facility, ensuring alignment with global L&D practices.
You’ll collaborate with all departments on site to create effective and practical training solutions that support employee onboarding, skills development, and operational excellence.

Candidate profile
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field – or equivalent experience.
Experience:
· Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development or HR roles.
· Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful learning programs and e-learning solutions.
· Strong knowledge of learning technologies (LMS, CMS) and instructional design.
· Experience applying adult learning principles and training best practices.
Languages:
· Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
Technical skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose action plans.
Nice to have:
· Experience in GMP or regulated environments.
· Involvement with local/state training grants.
· Relevant training certifications.
