Tasks and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Laboratory Systems Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support in automating laboratory systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on both local and global levels, supporting key projects that enhance lab efficiency, data integrity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in laboratory automation, lab systems (e.g., LIMS, SDMS), or analytical equipment integration.
Familiarity with GxP, EHSS, and lean manufacturing principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation and compliance.
