Tasks and responsibilities


You will be responsible for advising the DCM, ECM, and CF bankers on legal and documentation matters related to bond issues, IPOs, secondary offerings, share buybacks, etc.;
You will support the issuance of vanilla and structured products for public and private investors;
Answer a wide variety of questions from bankers and outside counsel that arise during a transaction;
Drafting of contracts such as NDAs, Engagement Letters, and Final Terms for private placements;

Candidate profile


Minimum experience of 4-8 years as a lawyer or in-house counsel at a bank in the field of capital markets in the broadest sense;
a Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university (Dutch law not required);
Transaction management skills;
Proven ability to work in larger teams/organizations;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; and
The ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
