Candidate profile
Job requirements
You have successfully completed your Master’s Degree.
You have at least 8 years experience within a consultancy company
You have a background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation.
Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication and presentation skills. German knowledge is a plus.
You have the ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment, within a varied team in educational level, position and skills.
You are dynamic and able to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset.

first an online introduction starting 2nd half week 31
a f2f interview at the Diemen office starting in week 32
At SIA Partners:
an online HR/Recruiter call to assess initial fit in week 34
a one-hour online video call with a manager or partner
preparing and presenting a business plan
final decision will be made after the presentation
