De Functie
Als Guide voor onze 4–6 jarige groep (doel: 24 children) ga je:
Meebouwen aan de ontwikkeling en start van een geheel nieuwe 4–6 Montessori-omgeving: van klasindeling en materiaalvoorbereiding tot een dagritme dat lange, ononderbroken werkcycli beschermt.
Presenteer de Montessori materialen: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, Culture; opstellen van individuele werkplannen.
