Candidate profile
Possess a work and thinking level equivalent to at least a bachelor's degree.
At least 10 years of relevant work experience with PL/SQL in large databases.
Proficient in tools such as SQL*Plus, TOAD, and/or SQL Developer.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members, effectively managing team dynamics.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with a focus on improving system architecture for scalability and efficiency.
Understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management.
Proficient in SHELL scripting and Linux.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
Experience with OutSystems is an advantage.
Java/Kotlin experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with retail and logistics processes is an advantage.
Experience with Kafka is a plus.
Familiarity with Oracle Forms (11g) is a plus.
Ability to work in DevOps teams, responsible for 24/7 operations, including participation in a standby schedule.
Team player with a proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Experience with migrating from Oracle to service-oriented architectures is a significant advantage.
Ability to collaborate with other teams on large and complex projects, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across the organization.
