Join Our Team as a Molding Engineer

Candidate profile
What You'll Bring
A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least five years of relevant experience in plastic part manufacturing, ideally in a high-volume consumer goods environment.
Deep knowledge of plastic part making, including DFM analysis , mold construction, and injection molding processes.
Experience with molding trials, process investigation, and troubleshooting.
A Six Sigma or DMAIC certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
A proactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Monthly salary as per market standards
