In this role, you'll be responsible for organizing, leading, and executing IT projects from start to finish — ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget . You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, guiding projects

Candidate profile


A minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading and delivering IT-related projects.
Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Business, or Engineering).
Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or a comparable qualification.
Demonstrated success managing projects in complex environments such as government, telecom, banking, or the automotive sector.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt to dynamic project environments.
Results-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Offer




A 36-hour-per-week contract via Randstad Digital, based on a fixed-fee arrangement.
Competitive gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,500, depending on your experience and expertise.
25 vacation days per year (calculated on a full-time, 40-hour basis).
An additional 8.33% holiday allowance on top of your base salary.
Pension contributions begin from your first day of employment.
Option to choose between a monthly 13th-month salary or a quarterly performance bonus (ranging from 4% to 8%, approximately equivalent to an extra month's salary per year).
