You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and prioritize delivering well-structured, efficient project outcomes

Candidate profile


At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT-related projects.
Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field of study.
Holds a recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent.
Proven experience as a project manager in sectors like government, telecom, banking, or automotive.
Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
Familiar with working in Agile and Scrum environments.
A proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.

Offer


A contract through Randstad Digital for 36 hours per week, with compensation based on a fixed-fee agreement.
Competitive starting salary ranging from €4,000 to €6,000 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek and depending on experience and expertise).
25 days of paid leave annually (based on full-time 40-hour employment).
8.33% holiday bonus on top of your salary.

Choice between a monthly 13th-month salary or a quarterly performance bonus (between 4% and 8%, roughly equal to one extra month's pay annually).
