Tasks and responsibilities


As an experienced Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving the Agile transformation within a variety of complex organizations. You will champion the Agile mindset while supporting cross-functional teams in their journey towards self-organization and continuous improvement.

Candidate profile


Completed HBO/WO education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent)
At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong preference for experience in SAFe environments within IT teams
Proven track record of working as a Scrum Master in sectors such as government, telecom, banking, or automotive
Possession of a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) certification is a plus; if not, we offer support to help you achieve certification
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
Availability of 32-36 hours per week
Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in a professional setting

Primary Employment Conditions:
Competitive salary ranging from €4,300 to €6,000 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek.
Quarterly bonus or 13th-month payment, depending on client-specific employment conditions.
8.33% holiday pay.
Contract Form:
At least a one-year contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract.
