Tasks and responsibilities
As a Scrum Master , you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and supporting a high-performing hardware Agile team within the Mechatronic Development Cluster of the IGT Fixed Systems R&D organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of Agile practices, removing impediments, fostering self-organization, and driving continuous improvements. Candidate profile
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
A minimum of 8+ years of R&D experience with a focus on hardware or mechatronic development.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager , specifically in managing hardware Scrum teams.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills .
Experience working within Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
A quality-first mindset , with knowledge of DFSS / Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred) .
Familiarity with IGT systems and program management is considered a strong plus.
