Are you a seasoned logistics expert who thrives on making complex systems run like clockwork? We are looking for a Senior Logistics Process Engineer to own and elevate the end-to-end material flow at our Sassenheim manufacturing plant. You will be the bridge between high-level strategy and daily operations, ensuring our inbound, kitting, and distribution processes are world-class. What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and improve inbound logistics, staging, and internal transport
Candidate profile
HBO degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or highly regulated environment.
Expertise in Lean tools and process engineering.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in business applications.
Fluent in English (C2 level) .
A proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure, drives accountability, and can lead cross-functional projects using FPX methodology.
You bring a high degree of accuracy and a "quality-first" attitude to every task.
You are flexible with changing priorities and remain stress-resistant, supporting your team through shifts in focus.
You lead by example, taking full ownership of outcomes and proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
You prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and excel at building meaningful connections with stakeholders and customers.
You promote open communication, embrace feedback, and are committed to the continuous personal and professional growth of yourself and your team.
