Candidate profile
To be successful in this role, you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. With your proactive and solution-oriented mindset, you build strong relationships and foster collaboration across teams. Your ability to influence and communicate effectively ensures alignment and drives operational excellence. Furthermore, you bring:
8+ years of experience with S&OP/IBP processes, preferably within in FMCG supply chain/operations/logistics.
Advanced Excels skills and SAP system knowledge (ECC, S/4HANA, IBP).
Fluency in English (Dutch is nice-to-have).

Offer
You will join Lindt & Sprüngli on a direct contract. Besides a competitive salary and annual bonus, you can expect:
28 vacation days per year (based on a 40-hour contract, otherwise pro rata).
